Job summary

The American Glass Company is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial glass projects from contract through installation and completion. The role requires clear communication, strong organization, and accountability to ensure projects stay on track and customers are regularly updated.

You will coordinate measurements, orders, scheduling, and on-site work, taking ownership to resolve issues and drive projects to successful completion while maintaining high quality

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial sale/contract through measuring, ordering, scheduling, installation and completion.

• Communicate with customers to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Identify and solve issues to keep projects moving and customers informed.

Residential

• Custom shower doors and enclosures
• Residential glass
• Replacement and new windows

Commercial

• Aluminum storefront systems
• Commercial glass and glazing
• Storefront doors and entrances

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects and keep them moving from the initial sale or contract through measuring, ordering, scheduling, installation, and completion.

This is a hands-on project management position. We need someone who communicates well, stays organized, follows through, solves problems, and takes responsibility for getting jobs completed correctly and keeping our customers informed.
