Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Construction Project Manager with heavy civil experience to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client communications.

The ideal candidate will manage project execution, coordinate field operations, read drawings, and ensure compliance with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent construction experience).
• 4–6 years of project management experience in construction or heavy civil environments.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field operations.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits.

Job description

Looking for Construction Project Manager experience managing heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall project execution.
