We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, timeline, and budget, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Project Manager at J&L Builders, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders across multiple projects.

Job Duties:

1. Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
3. Review project plans and prepare scope of work, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
4. Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions.
5. Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during on-site activities.
7. Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns or scope changes.
8. Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among teams and clients.
9. Manage project budgets, expenses, and invoices, addressing cost overruns.
10. Evaluate project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
11. Maintain all necessary documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance.
12. Mentor and supervise project team members, fostering professional development.
13. Develop, review, and facilitate RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
14. This is a full-time remote position, which may require weekend and shift work based on project needs.
15. Other duties as assigned.
