• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven track record managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction to closeout.
• Prepare conceptual estimates by reviewing drawings, scope, and pricing from subcontractors.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and profitability across projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage contract administration, including change orders and RFIs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate trade sequencing and milestones.
• Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, and document recirculation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and participate in owner/architect meetings.
• Communicate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve objectives.
• Prepare weekly meeting minutes and maintain project documentation throughout lifecycle.
• Monitor costs and proactively identify overruns, implementing solutions to maintain profitability.
• Oversee project closeout activities including punch lists and final documentation.
• Balance multiple projects with strong organization and attention to detail.

Operating as a construction management firm, they oversee every phase of the project while partnering with a trusted network of subcontractors to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Their projects range from several thousand dollars to multi-million-dollar commercial developments across the greater Pittsburgh area.

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, managing both the preconstruction and construction phases to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Prepare conceptual estimates by reviewing construction drawings, understanding project scope, and soliciting pricing from subcontractors.
• Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage contract administration, including subcontract issuance and change orders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating trade sequencing and project milestones.
• Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, submittal follow-up, and document recirculation.
• Conduct regular job site visits to monitor project progress, coordinate subcontractors, and participate in owner and construction meetings.
• Communicate regularly with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal team members to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Prepare weekly meeting minutes and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project costs, identify potential budget overruns, and proactively implement solutions to maintain profitability.
• Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, and client turnover.

Qualifications
