Job summary

Quantum North America, a Compass Group USA member, is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Pensacola, FL to lead design-build MEPT and energy projects. The role requires extensive PM experience with mechanical contracting, strong leadership, and knowledge of building codes.

Travel to projects is expected as needed. The incumbent will manage projects from design through commissioning, coordinate with engineers and field teams, ensure safety and compliance, and drive client satisfaction while

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of related construction experience as a Project Manager with a Mechanical Contractor.
• Experience with Engineering and Design/Build, Retrofit Construction projects.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear MVR.
• PMI/ PMP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of state and local Building Codes.
• Knowledge of Project Management Software including PlanGrid, Procore, MS Project, MS Office, Smartsheet, Power BI.

Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree: preferably in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience in construction, business, finance, or management required.
• 10+ years of related construction experience as a Project Manager with a Mechanical Contractor
• Experience with Engineering and Design/Build, Retrofit Construction projects
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear MVR.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is plus.
• Knowledge of state and local Building Codes.
• Knowledge of Project Management Software which may include: PlanGrid, Procore, MS Project, MS Office, Smartsheet, Microsoft Power BI
