Job summary

Quantum North America, a Compass Group USA member, seeks a Construction Project Manager in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to lead large-scale design-build and retrofit construction efforts.

The role requires 10+ years PM experience with mechanical contracting, PMP is a plus, OSHA 30, and proficiency with PlanGrid, Procore, MS Project, and Power BI.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering and have a valid driver's license; reports to Mark Cohoon and offers competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Business, Engineering, or equivalent combination of technical training/experience in construction, business, finance, or management.
• 10+ years of related construction experience as a Project Manager with a Mechanical Contractor.
• Experience with Engineering and Design/Build, Retrofit Construction projects.
• Valid Drivers License with a clear MVR.
• PMP certification is plus.
• Knowledge of state and local Building Codes.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Knowledge of PM software including PlanGrid, Procore, MS Project, MS Office, Smartsheet, Microsoft Power BI.

Job Summary

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree: preferably in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience in construction, business, finance, or management required.
• 10+ years of related construction experience as a Project Manager with a Mechanical Contractor
• Experience with Engineering and Design/Build, Retrofit Construction projects
• Valid Drivers License with a clear MVR.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is plus.
• Knowledge of state and local Building Codes.
• OSHA 30 certification
• Knowledge of Project Management Software which may include: PlanGrid, Procore, MS Project, MS Office, Smartsheet, Microsoft Power BI
