Facade Today seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial renovation and ground-up construction projects in Kentucky. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality.

Responsibilities include leading client relationships, coordinating teams and subcontractors, managing schedules and change orders, and driving project profitability with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
  • Strong experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
  • Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety/quality standards.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and teams of various sizes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee commercial renovation and ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role manages client relationships, project teams, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project profitability.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage projects from planning through completion.

  • Prepare project estimates, budgets, schedules, and pay applications.

  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

  • Select and manage subcontractors and review their pay applications.

  • Ability to solve problems and handle changing priorities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.

  • Strong client-service mindset and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
