Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Data Centers to lead installation, testing, and commissioning of Rehlko generators across US and Canada. Travel will be 40-50% with a remote work setup based in the continental US. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

The role offers progression across multiple levels, focusing on planning, execution, and coordination with channel partners and vendors.

The BASE Salary range for this position is $83,300.00 - $144.900.

We also offer a once a year bonus potential.

The Construction Project Manager -Data Centers will support Rehlko's Data Center direct business by providing Construction Project Management services for the installation, testing, and commissioning of Rehlko supplied equipment for data center direct customers. The Construction Project Manager-Data Centers will ensure compliance with regulations, Rehlko standards and customer defined project goals and objectives. This role will participate and contribute to the development of a project’s scope and content. The Construction Project Manager-Data Centers will manage the implementation, cost, schedule, and quality of the installation with the support of the Rehlko Channel Partners and 3rd party vendors. This position is action oriented, requiring the incumbent to creatively plan and execute the installation, testing, and commissioning of Rehlko supplied Generator products with limited resources. Travel Requirements: 40-50% travel in the US, Canada and potentially minimal international travel. Work mode: This position is a remote position, based in the continental, (lower 48) United States. We are seeking talent across several career levels: Construction Project Manager, Data Centers Role Focus: Develop project management and field execution skills while supporting installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Staff Construction Project Manager, Data Centers Role Focus: Independently manage assigned data center installation, testing, and commissioning projects from execution through completion. Senior Staff Construction Project Manager, Data Centers Role Focus: Lead complex, high-visibility data center construction and commissioning projects while providing technical and project leadership across customers, contractors, distributors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage commissioning and start-up activities on-site with guidance.
• Contribute to the development of CX documents with input from relevant teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and distributors for assigned projects, escalating challenges to senior team members.
• Lead and coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources under supervision.
• Provide technical guidance on Rehlko emergency generator products with assistance.
• Collaborate with contractors and distributors to optimize Rehlko generator solutions.
• Efficiently coordinate activities involving third-party vendors.
• Assist in resolving project-related issues and challenges.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

• Associate's degree or Industry Apprenticeship (i.e. Electrician Apprenticeship or industry adjacent) or 5 years of experience of in project management or site commissioning Bachelor's degree preferred Construction Project Manager, 3 years, Staff Construction Project Manager, 5 years and Senior Staff Construction Project Manager, 7 years of experience in project management or site commissioning product lines of similar technical complexity.
• Field Service experience in the testing and installation of generators.
• Electrical power, electrician, generator, or reciprocating engine experience desired.
• Leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work cohesively across various teams, make sound decisions, and drive action cross functionally.
• Demonstrated people skills required to lead & motivate professionals in a matrix organization who are not direct reports.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
