Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 36 months of building, electrical, and mechanical construction, or equivalent training and/or experience.
• Equivalency/Substitution: 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 84 months' related experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Background Check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects including renovations, MEP system replacements, roof and paving projects, and interior finishes.
• Manage project schedules and budgets; coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and manage bid solicitations; ensure projects are completed safely, timely and cost-effectively.
• Lead customer communications and resolve issues across multiple projects from start to finish.

Position Introduction:

This position is responsible for managing project schedules and budgets, while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. In this role, you will conduct site visits, manage bid solicitations, and ensure projects are completed in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead customer communications, have sharp problem-solving skills, and apply experience overseeing multiple construction projects from start to completion.
