Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedConstruction Project Manager / Construction Superintendentto oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to completion. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and on-site construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
Salary:Competitive, based on experience 60,000- 75,000 per year
Job Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.
- Supervise crews ensuring quality of work,keeping projects on target andwithinbudget
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and punch lists.
- Communicate withclients,and project teamsto ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Supervise daily field operations and on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and vendors to ensure project schedules and quality are maintained.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work meets specifications and safety standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct job site safety meetings.
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to avoid disruption to project timelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in construction project management and/or superintendent roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project,Builder Trend).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- OSHA certification and a valid driver's license are required, with a clean record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred (NotRequired)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with both commercial and residential construction projects.
