Description

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the US, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in at least two disciplines within the construction industry, such as General Contracting, Owner’s Representation, Commercial Development, Engineering & Design, or similar.
• Proven ability to communicate project requirements effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience in facilities management or related roles, including planning, design review, implementation, and project management/control of new structures and existing buildings.
• Program management experience with multiple concurrent projects.
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.

Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment duration. Benefits are subject to change and specific plan terms.
