Based at the client site in Manhattan, NY; you’ll report directly to the Program Manager and working alongside other client team members and facility operators. You will be responsible for the overall project delivery.You will manage and provide construction oversight and facilitate resolution to complex construction project related challenges. As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. HVAC Systems and Fire Alarm Systems experience are necessary for this project assignment. Daily Field Reports with acute accounting of work force trades, materials delivered and installed, and progress photos are a high priority document by this client. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our team achieve the Client’s objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle projectchallenges will allow you to thrive in our fast‑paced environment. You’ll bring your expertise to solve complex problems, in collaboration with designer and contractors, ensuring the success of the project.

The base salary range for this position is $170,000.00 to $190,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
