Job summary

MODLOGIQ is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for its New Holland, PA office to oversee modular construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in modular construction and a strong background in project management, safety, and leadership.

You will plan budgets, schedules, and coordinating with architects and subcontractors, while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management with a focus on modular construction.
• PMP certification or equivalent is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee modular construction projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality, sustainable buildings.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines; coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and identify/mitigate project risks.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure client expectations and quality standards are met.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and lead the project team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll do

• The Construction Project Manager role involves overseeing modular construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable, and efficient buildings.
• Project Planning and Coordination: Developing project plans, budgets, and timelines, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Budget and Risk Management: Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
• Quality Management: Overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with client expectations and high-quality standards.
• Client Communication and Team Leadership: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, and leading and motivating the project team.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have:
• bachelor's degree in construction management , Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically with a focus on modular construction .
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, safety regulations, and proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is considered a plus.
