Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead structural steel construction projects from award through completion. The position requires 3+ years in project management within structural steel, a related bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Tekla, 3D modeling, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Manager/Construction Manager experience in structural steel.
• Experience managing multiple commercial or industrial construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Business.
• Experience mentoring Project Managers, Coordinators, or Administrators.
• Knowledge of Tekla and 3D modeling practices.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, detailers, and field teams.
• Review construction drawings and project plans to ensure accuracy and execution.

• Prepare status reports and provide updates to leadership and clients.
• Travel to project sites as needed to support project execution.

• 3+ years of Project Manager/Construction Manager experience within the structural steel industry OR experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or Assistant PM with related detailing/drafting experience.
