• Skilled: Able to take projects from concept through execution and work with all parties involved to obtain all necessary approvals and procure all necessary products for construction projects. Able to work safely and efficiently using hand tools, power tools and power equipment, while using all required PPE. Able to work effectively both indoors and outdoors, in all types of weather. Excellent computer aptitude and skills.
• Knowledgeable: Experience and competency in project management and general construction, including excavation and basic electrical work. Experience working with inspectors, suppliers and customers to meet their needs and expectations.
• Passionate: Eager to learn about a dynamic and growing industry and excited about working to establish reliable broadband infrastructure to provide great internet service to customers. Willing to learn, grow and engage in creative problem solving, including overseeing projects, and performing basic coding and mapping. Desire to continuously learn and grow and build your knowledge and skills.
