Shuck Corporation is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects throughout Central Indiana. We're a third-generation, family-owned general contractor with more than 40 years of building schools, public spaces, commercial facilities, and community-focused projects that make a lasting impact.
We're growing, and we're looking for a leader who wants more than a seat at the table. We want someone who wants to help build the table.
You'll take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the quarterback, air traffic controller, and problem-solver-in-chief for every project you lead.
You'll work closely with clients, field teams, subcontractors, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and with the level of quality Shuck is known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
We're looking for someone who's just as comfortable discussing contract language in the office as they are walking a jobsite in boots and a hard hat.
Take ownership without waiting to be asked
Believe details matter because change orders don't write themselves
Can communicate effectively with executives, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients alike
Stay calm when challenges arise and focus on solutions
Want to help shape a growing company rather than simply work for one
Believe construction is equal parts planning, leadership, execution, and relationships
At Shuck, you'll find the stability of an established contractor with the energy and opportunity of a company that's continuing to grow.
If you’re a Construction Project Manager who's passionate about delivering exceptional projects, building strong relationships, and taking ownership of results, we'd love to talk.
