Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Gulfport team. The role involves maintaining client relationships, planning reconstruction projects from start to finish, and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors on-site in Gulfport, MS.

You will manage timelines and budgets for residential and commercial projects, conduct quality checks, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Insurance reconstruction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Planning reconstruction projects from start to finish and hosting team updates.
• Maintaining relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Conducting project walk-throughs with clients for quality checks.
• Staying within timelines and budgets for residential and commercial reconstruction projects.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion.
