Position: Specialist Construction Recruitment Consultant / Recruiting Executive / Industry Expert / People Leader / Team Contributor / Operations & Processes / Staffing

Areas of expertise include:

ground-up commercial, K-12, healthcare, or government

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project team and oversee the success of assigned projects focusing on budgeting, planning, scheduling, quality, and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of project information and targets
• Organize and participate in project meetings with staff, owners, architects, and trade partners
• Prepare contracts and change orders promptly
• Communicate monthly variance cost/budget reports to management
• Oversee all phases of construction, including safety, staffing, and adherence to contract documents, schedule, and budget
• Foster strong partnerships with owners to maintain high repeat business
• Assist in producing and completing close-out documentation

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or relevant discipline
• Minimum of three years’ experience in multifamily and commercial construction
• Successfully managed multiple projects valued between $10M-$60M
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
