Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relationships from post-sale through final installation, including precise window measurements.

Responsibilities include implementing policies, inspecting project scope, coordinating licenses, ensuring safety compliance, and assisting in warehouse tasks. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required for driving between sites.

• Communicates the agreement between company and customer; identifies alternative courses of action and negotiates terms as appropriate.
• Analyzes licensing and permitting requirements to obtain permits.
• Follows regulatory compliance with regard to safety and health.
• Completes administrative tasks and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving to, from, and between sites.

• Responsible for implementing management policies and operating practices.
• Responsible for inspecting all aspects of the project to make determination of the scope of work.
• Conducts precise measurements at each job site in order to confirm order of the custom windows
• Responsible for communicating the agreement between company and customer Identifies alternative courses of action needed, and negotiates directly with the customer to alter the specific terms of the plan as appropriate.
• Analyzes all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits.
• Follows all regulatory compliance with regard to safety and health.
• Completes various administrative tasks as needed and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed.

Required Education And Experience
