Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager in Chicago, IL to oversee customer experience, vendor relations, and post-sale activities through final installation. You will verify window measurements and coordinate order accuracy.

The role requires 1–3 years in construction management and window measurement, strong communication, and a professional, self-motivated approach. Company vehicle provided and bonus plan available.

Job description

The Project Manager manages all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to final installation, including the accuracy of measuring windows.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing management policies and operating practices.
• Responsible for inspecting all aspects of the project to make determination of the scope of work.
• Conducts precise measurements at each job site in order to confirm order of the custom windows
• Responsible for communicating the agreement between company and customer Identifies alternative courses of action needed, and negotiates directly with the customer to alter the specific terms of the plan as appropriate.
• Analyzes all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits.
• Follows all regulatory compliance with regard to safety and health.
• Completes various administrative tasks as needed and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed.

Required Education And Experience

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience
• 1-3 years of window measurement experience
