Job summary

gpac LLC. in Southeast Michigan is seeking a hands-on Project Manager I for a major commercial renovation project in occupied facilities. You will oversee budgets, schedules, coordinate field teams, and ensure project milestones are met.

Must be capable of traveling to Southeast Michigan sites and working on-site. Ideal candidates have prior experience with commercial GC environments, expertise with Procore and MS Project, and a proven ability to lead teams and communicate with clients and

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction project management.
• Background working for a commercial General Contractor (GC).
• Experience managing projects valued at $15M+ preferred.
• Commercial renovation, multifamily, or occupied-building experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to jobsites throughout Southeast Michigan.

We're partnering with an established commercial general contractor seeking a motivated, hands-on Project Manager to join its Southeast Michigan team!

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, coordinating with field teams, managing budgets, and delivering successful projects from start to finish.

The Opportunity

You'll oversee a major commercial renovation project involving a high-rise senior living facility. This project will require strong organization, communication, scheduling, and coordination skills, particularly in an active, occupied building environment.

Key Responsibilities
