CTG is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the renovation and buildout of a manufacturing site in Elk Grove Village, IL. The role will manage contractors, permitting, schedules, budgets, and safety from planning through completion.

Requirements include 5+ years in construction management, OSHA knowledge, and credentials such as PMP/CCM or a Construction Management degree. The base salary ranges $75.00–$85.00 per hour with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

Position Overview

The Construction Project Manager will oversee the renovation and buildout of a facility being converted into a manufacturing site. This role will manage contractors, permitting, inspections, facility infrastructure, project schedules, budgets, and safety requirements from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction and facility renovation projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, utilities, and local authorities.
• Manage permitting, inspections, project documentation, schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, compressor, office, bathroom, and other facility infrastructure projects.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75.00 to $85.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
