Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Construction Project Manager, based in Cincinnati, OH. The Construction Project Manager will oversee construction projects from planning through completion, manage budgets and resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects within the defined scope. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, monitoring progress, resolving project challenges, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Proven experience in Project Coordination and general Project Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and adapt to project challenges
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of five years related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
• PMP/CCM Certification is a plus, OSHA 30 Certification, Procore Certification

Travel

Will be driven by project requirements. Will be a minimum of 30% up to 100% of the time. The Project Manager may travel extensively when the construction site is not close to the main office or when responsible for activities at two or more sites.
