Job Duties

• Work on extremely high-end residential projects.
• Collaborate with a team members
• Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals, estimate costs, and manage schedules.
• Manage budgets and schedules
• Build strong client relationships

Qualificiations

• 5–7 years of experience in construction project management in high-end residential industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to handle challenges smoothly
• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal team members
• Knowledge of construction operations, safety guidelines, and technical drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Requirements
