Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 5+ years in construction PM, strong budgeting/scheduling skills, and proficiency with Procore and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction (ground-up, high-end residential and commercial).
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in construction software such as Procore and Smartsheet.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects through all phases: pre-construction, construction, and close-out.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Navigate permitting and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor buy-out.
  • Prepare scopes of work and review contracts and subcontracts.
  • Analyze plans/specs for constructability and sequencing.
  • Maintain project documentation (RFIs, logs, reports, submittals, change orders).
  • Monitor jobsite progress, safety compliance, and superintendent performance.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates with clients and team members.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects through all phases: pre-construction, construction, and close-out
  • Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
