Job summary

JDL, a Boston-based interiors contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and close-out projects within strict deadlines and budgets. You will lead a full lifecycle, coordinate with Estimating, manage schedules, and maintain client relations on site across Boston and surrounding towns.

Responsibilities

• Meeting frequently with client representatives at various jobs to determine requirements and maintain favorable client relations.

Job Duties

• Directing and managing interior commercial construction projects for an entire project lifecycle.
• Creating, implementing, and executing an overall project schedule that meets client requirements.
• Collaborating with Estimating to review contract documents, and award subcontractors.
• Reviewing all financial data with attention to detail to quickly identify potential/existing issues.
