Job summary

Syufy Enterprises LP is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial projects from conception to completion. The candidate will travel extensively and spend significant time on site, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role requires a minimum of five years in project management, strong leadership and communication abilities, and proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of the construction process, including site supervision and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure projects are executed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
• Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
• Monitor progress and provide reports on project status to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
