We Search People partners with a growing general contractor to recruit a seasoned Project Manager for their Atlanta team. You’ll lead luxury interior build-outs from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with clients, design teams, and field operations to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, cost control and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam or similar CM software.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience in the Atlanta market is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Own project budgets, schedules, forecasts and financial performance.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout and contract administration.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants and field teams.

We're partnering with a growing commercial general contractor that specializes in high-end interior construction projects across the Southeast. Due to continued growth and a strong backlog of work, they're looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their Atlanta team.

This role offers the opportunity to lead luxury interior build-outs from preconstruction through closeout while working directly with clients, design teams, and field operations to deliver high-quality projects across healthcare, hospitality, retail, office, and specialty commercial sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Own project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial performance
• Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting schedule or budget
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
