The role focuses on documentation, quantity tracking, subcontract and purchase order administration, and coordination tasks to build practical industry skills in a real-world setting. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (two- or four-year).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid motor vehicle record as per company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Track project quantities.
• Collect, organize, and maintain project documents.
• Learn pay items and production rates for bid activities.
• Submit RFIs, administer subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Submit shop drawings and logs of submittals.
• Maintain and update project plans; log extra work items.
• Assist with closeout documents and adhere to company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
