Job summary

Brooks Building Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern for Summer 2027 in our Sunrise, Florida office. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience supporting commercial construction projects from planning through completion while working alongside experienced project management professionals.

The internship is paid at $22-23/hour, 40 hours per week, with a mentor and exposure to scheduling, procurement, site visits, and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Rising Junior or Senior, registered for full-time classes for Fall 2027.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and project coordination.
• Assist with material procurement and tracking.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Visit active job sites and gain exposure to construction operations.
• Assist with project closeout and day-to-day project management activities.

• Comfortable working in both an office and active job-site environment
• Available to complete a 10-12 week internship beginning May 24, 2027
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
