Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage incoming draw and advance requests from Regional Banking Customers. You will ensure projects stay within budget and that all required documentation is collected and retained, while adhering to policy and federal regulations.

This role may involve budget reviews and training Credit Specialist I & II teams. This position can be held at any Huntington corporate location, with a focus on compliance, documentation control,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years’ experience in business or commercial banking in centralized lending.
• Experience budgeting and managing to a project related to real estate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional interaction with all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming draw and advance requests from Regional Banking Customers.
• Review documentation and budgeting to ensure funds are available.
• Adhere to policy and procedures regarding customer callback and authentication.
• Assist with training and mentoring Credit Specialist I & II job families.
• Support line of business with various tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations related to Ground Up Construction.
