Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years’ experience in business or commercial banking or centralized lending.
• Proven ability to manage to a project and budgeting related to real estate.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming Draw and Advance Requests from Regional Banking Customers.
• Review and organize documentation for budget and funds availability.
• Adhere to policy and procedures for customer callback and authentication.
• Support complex draw/advanced requests, including real estate or leasehold projects.
• Assist with training and mentoring for Credit Specialist I & II roles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
