Job summary

Metromont LLC is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate engineering, drafting, production and subcontractor activities to meet contractual scope. The role manages project budgets and the customer relationship during construction and closeout.

The position requires leading the project team, maintaining the project schedule, and ensuring safety and compliance across all phases from design through final payment. Office-based with site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry with specific experience in contracting or general contracting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, drafting, production and subcontractor activities to satisfy contractual scope.
• Manage project budgets and customer relationships during construction and closeout.
• Develop and maintain the internal project schedule and ensure alignment with the overall project schedule.
• Review submittal drawings for constructability and compliance with standards.
