Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in managing construction teams.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Willing to relocate if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision, and personnel management.
• Oversee project start-up, completion, and close-out processes.
• Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting.
• Manage contractual issues and client expectations.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Forecast costs accurately for job completion.
• Provide leadership and development to the project team.
• Resolve issues with final say on decisions.
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans.
• Identify issues to the Program Manager to ensure success.
• Review preliminary schedules and cost-to-complete projections.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
