Marathon Petroleum Corporation seeks a Construction Specialist to lead capital projects from concept through start-up under the Marathon Project Management Process (MPMP). You will drive safety, schedule, budget, and compliance across engineering, operations, project controls, and supply chain to deliver complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Three (3) years of related experience required.
• Valid Driver's License Required.

Responsabilités

• Manages a portfolio of projects from conception to start-up following the Marathon Project Management Process (MPMP).
• Develops knowledge of applicable standards and operating practices and applies them to project design and execution.
• Collaborates with departments, SMEs, technicians, and vendors to obtain information for planning, design, and execution; coordinates permits and easements when necessary.
• Manages project performance to meet quality, cost and schedule targets in a safe, environmentally sound manner.
• Coordinates with Project Controls on scheduling, estimating, cost management, and other admin tasks.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain to develop contracting plans and evaluate bids based on technical and business principles.
• Keeps accurate project documentation for regulatory and internal compliance.

Two-year Engineering Technology degree
