Job summary

Micross Components is seeking a construction project manager for a full-time, on-site role in Milpitas, CA. You will lead projects from planning through completion, coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with permits, budgets, and timelines.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, a licensed general contractor credential, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Licensed General Contractor.
• Knowledge of project management software and Excel.
• Construction field experience with coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and personnel management.
• Understanding EH&S regulations, standards, and best practices (OSHA/EPA).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of a construction project from planning to completion.
• Obtain all necessary regulations and permits.
• Establish project objectives, budgets, timelines with quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to stay on track.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders about status and issues.
