Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple jobsites in Venice, Florida. You will coordinate independent contractors, ensure material quality, and manage construction timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree preferred, excellent communication skills, and solid experience in construction management. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and family-oriented perks.

Qualifications

• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products.
• Fundamental knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials and monitor quality.
• Ensure standards of quality are met as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction and oversee budget variances.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
