Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum 3 years of field construction experience on downstream and/or mid-stream industrial projects.
• Excellent communications and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical skills for reviewing costs and preparing budget reports.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Directs development of action plans and estimates resources, labor, materials and time.
• Supports construction activities and interfaces between engineering and construction teams.
• Assesses vendors for competence, capabilities, resources, and financial status.
• Monitors progress of the project and compares actual costs with estimates.
• Works with design groups to modify plans when problems arise.
• Coordinates activities of design and construction teams.
• Manages project issues, budgets and schedules.
• Prepares monthly progress and cost reports for top management.
• Reviews equipment, facilities, systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develops PEP, DBM, JDB, FEP, SOW, and Split Matrix.
• collaborates with client to resolve problems and works within company policies.
