Responsibilities

• Manages daily activities and issues to complete a construction project.
• Oversees project planning, scheduling, cost accounting, quality control, and safety management.
• Maintains subcontracts, pay requests, change orders, RFIs, and owner/architect relations.
• Ensures documents are completed and signed per company guidelines.
