Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction or interior building projects.

• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to read architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Award scopes of work including taxes and insurance.
• Draft comprehensive subcontracts with terms and safety requirements.
• Procure materials, track lead times and coordinate with vendors/subcontractors.
• Review drawings, budgets, and cost reports; manage submittals and RFIs.
• Attend kick-off and job-site meetings; provide installation instructions.
