Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 2–4 years in construction.
• Experience managing construction schedules and trade partners.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trade partner activities and assess work quality.
• Review and modify drawings to resolve plan errors.
• Monitor project schedules and update resources to meet deadlines.
• Ensure homes are completed on schedule and comply with codes.
• Manage customer experience and communicate progress.
• Coordinate with sales, product development, and purchasing teams.
• Perform safety inspections and enforce PPE and storm water controls.
• Authorize field purchase orders for materials and labor.
• Assess trade partner workmanship and authorize payments.
• Recruit and vet trade partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
