Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities and evaluate their work quality and efficiency.
• Review and modify construction drawings when plan errors or conflicts arise.
• Evaluate project schedules and determine modifications to resources to meet project needs and timely completion.
• Ensure each home is completed on schedule and all contract obligations and safety protocols are satisfied; stop noncompliant work.
• Manage the customer experience throughout the construction process, with regular updates and solutions to concerns.
• Collaborate with Sales to manage community performance and customer activities.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and SWPPP standards and take action to maintain safe site conditions.
• Negotiate, create, and authorize field purchase orders for materials and labor.
