This entry-level role supports the Project Manager with RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, subcontract and schedule administration, and punch list tasks. Interns will gain exposure to field and office environments, learn safety processes, Procore, scheduling software, and construction documentation; must be pursuing a 4-year degree in Construction Management or

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4 year college degree within Construction Management or related field.
• Formal engineering, architectural training, or equivalent construction experience is highly desirable
• Must have good interpersonal and teamwork skills and a desire to learn
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Proficient with computer applications as required to perform responsibilities
• A basic understanding scheduling programs preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with RFI writing and tracking or review of submittals
• Assist in change orders and maintenance of construction drawings
• Assist with subcontract and schedule administration
• Assist Superintendent with punch list management and other needs
• Gain exposure to field and office environments, safety, quality, schedule, and cost

Education

4-year construction management or related degree (pursuing)

Teamwork and interpersonal skills
