Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to work on site.

• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to read and comprehend written information.

Responsibilities

• Support project team with meeting coordination, material tracking, and document control.
• Follow site signage and supervisor instructions.
• Provide progress reports and learn about construction management.
• Apply academic knowledge to work activities.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff, customers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Participate in training, meetings, and safety orientation.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Assist with procurement, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings as needed.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and estimates for changes in work.
• Attend site visits to observe field activities.
• Communicate with Architects, Engineers, vendors, and subcontractors as directed.
• Coordinate with trades to understand and track schedules.
• Monitor contractor safety compliance.
• Assist with project close-out preparations.
