Job summary

You will work with project teams to monitor jobs, produce reports, observe sites, and assist in close-out activities while building strong relationships with trade partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in accredited Bachelor's Degree program or higher with related coursework.
• Hands-on experience complements ongoing college education.
• Construction-related studies are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Monitor crew size, self-perform hours, materials, quantity and equipment.
• Provide progress updates and reports.
• Conduct job site observations with project leadership.
• Support project close-out including punch list, manuals, as-builts.
• Support vendor pricing/bid solicitation and coordination.
• Participate in project safety plan and culture.
• Collaborate with project team, trade partners, vendors and clients.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
