Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to help coordinate the overall construction schedule with input from Project Managers and the Management team. You will oversee crews and ensure manpower and tools are in place to meet budgets and production goals, while handling multiple projects concurrently.

The role requires a Construction Management degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years in construction management.

Qualifications

• Construction Management degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; scheduling software experience recommended.
• Experience with Bid 2 Win and Heavy Bid preferred.
• Knowledge of TXDOT safety standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the overall construction schedule with input from Project Managers and Management.
• Assist in oversight of construction crews and ensure manpower and tools are in place to maintain budgets and production goals.
• Represent the company in project meetings and assist in planning meetings as needed.
• Manage more than one project at a time and assume additional responsibilities as directed by the Operations Manager.
