Job summary

CRH Texas Materials seeks a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to align schedules with Project Managers and Management. You will support on-site crews, ensure manpower and tools are available, and manage multiple projects while maintaining budgets and production goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating materials and subcontractors, representing the company in meetings, and assisting in planning. A degree in Construction Management or equivalent and at least 3 years in construction

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with on-site Superintendents to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
• Monitor overall safety of employees on the project.
• Coordinate materials, trucking, and subcontractor work as needed.
• Represent the company in project meetings and assist in planning meetings.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Operations Manager.
