Job summary

Crowder Construction Co. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers, Superintendents and field teams on civil construction projects throughout the Southeast.

You will help plan, schedule, purchase materials, manage documents, and support cost tracking, submittals and change orders to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Emphasis on safety, quality and teamwork across subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree or 5 years of related experience.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office suite; familiarity with Primavera/COINS.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and others in managing, scheduling, and purchasing for construction projects.
• Plan work and purchase materials with safety in mind.
• Assist Project Manager with daily project duties and documentation.
• Expedite procurement and deliveries to support on-time construction.
• Prepare and track submittals and certifications.
• Assist in cost analysis for change orders and invoicing.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage project records.
