Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 1–3+ years in construction project engineering or internship preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with government contracts and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for construction projects and review plans/specs.
• Develop budgets, coordinate resources, and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage change requests and coordinate with clients and teams.
• Identify risks and support project planning and scheduling.
• Participate in meetings and track progress to schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
