We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team. If you believe you are the right fit, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Project Engineer, your main role will be to support the Project Team in all aspects of construction to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and with high quality standards that exceed expectations.

A. Project Start Up
  • Plan and coordinate projects with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Superintendents.
  • Support project initiation through research, interpretation of codes, resolution of conflicts, and error correction.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and lifecycle plans.
B. Project Build
  • Assist with Requests for Information (RIFs), change notices, and vendor communications.
  • Manage material procurement, delivery, and storage.
  • Coordinate and resolve engineering and construction issues, attend meetings, and prepare minutes.
  • Implement cost controls and manage billing reconciliations.
  • Maintain and verify contract drawings, shop drawings, submittals, reports, quality control activities, estimates, and costs.
  • Serve as the communication link between the office, field, and entire project team.
C. Project Closeout
  • Support project close-out activities, including documentation and as-builts.
  • Manage punch list processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field, or 1-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of construction processes.
  • Proficiency with computer platforms; experience with Procore is a plus.
